Refund Policy

Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential.

Responsibilities
As the Coach, I agree to prepare for each coaching session or workshop to the best of my ability, offer training and information on varying areas within the field of mindset and life coaching, provide exercises and tools to help and guide the Client to anchor new habits, improve the mindset, build confidence and stretch outside of their comfort zone

As the Client you are responsible for attending each coaching session. The client is responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not, and will not, be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. The Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

As the Client you understand that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. If the Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, Coach will recommend that Client inform the mental health care provider and the client may need to have a referral letter from their health care provider.

The Client agrees to participate in all sessions with an open mind, be prepared to try the tools and exercises suggested, communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and create the time and energy to participate fully.

1:1 Coaching
No refunds are offered. If you don’t feel the coaching relationship isn’t working for any reason, please contact me to discuss further.  If you opted to pay via installments, each installment in payable in full as per the terms you received at the beginning of your programme.

Group Programmes and Masterminds
No refunds are offered. If you don’t feel you are getting the content that was promised when you enrolled, or that the coaching relationship isn’t working for any reason, please contact me to discuss further.  If you opted to pay via installments, each installment in payable in full as per the terms you received at the beginning of your programme.

Workshops
If you have booked a place for an online or in-person workshop and you find you are unable to attend you have the following options available:

More than 14 Days prior to the Workshop
You can have a full refund or defer your place to the next available workshop or transfer your place to a friend or family member

14 days or less prior the workshop
No refund is available however you can defer your place to the next available workshop or transfer your place to a friend or family member
